The Conservative Party, in addition to its memberships, contains a number of Recognised Organisations. These groups are responsible for representing specific sections of the Conservative Party and have special recognition in the Conservative Party Constitution. Currently, the Recognised Organisations of the Conservative Party are as follows:
Conservative Women's Organisation
The Conservative Women’s Organisation (CWO) is an affiliated organisation of the Conservative Party. If you are a member of the Party, then you can be member of the CWO irrespective of your gender, as long as you agree to our aims. Our members form a countrywide network of people of all ages and backgrounds, working together in a wide range of activities within the voluntary party.
We encourage and support women who wish to become involved at all levels of public life or in their local communities: From school governors to public appointments, Cllrs to MPs. The CWO is there to help support all Conservative candidates through CWO Development, both men and women can join our courses.

Please do contact us with any questions you may have or if you'd like to get involved!
Young Conservatives
From the Junior Imperial and Constitutional League founded in 1906 to the Young Conservatives rebranded in 2018, youth engagement has been a part of the Conservative Party for more than 100 years. The youth wing has been through many changes over the past few years and it remains a vital part of the Conservative Party.
The Young Conservatives is organised at a local level within Associations. All Party members aged 25 and under are automatically members of the Young Conservatives and are organised into branches within their local Associations. The objective of these branches is to bring people together, organise social events and activities and campaign for Conservatives both locally and nationally.
Conservative Communities
The Conservative Party works to facilitate conversation between ourselves and different communities, to make sure everyone is represented. That includes industry experts, faith groups, diaspora communities, and more.
Our link or affiliate group network is home to many of these groups. They play an important role in strengthening the ties between our Party and communities across the United Kingdom.
